Who can I speak to for help if I have an issue submitting the RFP form?

Will my RFP information be visible to the public?

No. The information in your form will only go the freelancers selected as well as Gig Marketplace admin.

How does the payment process work?

No transactions take place on the Gig Marketplace. Clients and freelancers are expected to secure the appropriate service contracts between them. Payments are to be made directly to the freelancer.

Are there any fees or commissions for using the Gig Marketplace?

No fees or commissions are charged to freelancers for participating in the Gig Marketplace and no commissions are charged to clients for using the platform.

How will I be notified when a freelancer responds to my Request for Proposal?

When a freelancer responds to your Request for Proposal, you will receive a notification via email to the address that you provided on the RFP form.

How will freelancers be notified of a new Request for Proposal?

Freelancers will receive an email to the address provided to Gig Marketplace admin notifying them that a new Request for Proposal has been submitted to their profile.

What happens if I don’t receive a response from one or more of the freelancers to whom I sent my Request for Proposal?

It is possible that a freelancer may not respond to an RFP due to a change in their circumstances, holiday time or other unforeseen situations. In this instance, you can review additional profiles in the service area and resubmit your RFP to new freelancers to fulfill your needs.
