PropertySearchGPT.ai is an AI-powered real estate search and decision support platform for Ontario. We are looking for a growth marketer to help us launch our first structured marketing campaign, grow our social presence, and generate qualified free user registrations, initially focusing on the GTA.

Scope of work

Develop and execute an initial growth marketing plan, including: - Meta Ads and Google Search Ads - Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn content strategy - Ad hooks, scripts and campaign concepts - Screen-recording and product-demo videos - Educational/social content about PropertySearchGPT features - Retargeting and conversion tracking - Campaign monitoring and optimization We already have a professional video editor for filmed content, so editing our professionally shot footage is not required.

Preferred Skills or Experience

Experience with: - Meta Ads and Google Ads - Growth/performance marketing - Social media strategy - Short-form content and Reels/TikTok - Startup or technology marketing - Analytics and conversion tracking - Running contest Experience with real estate or SaaS is a plus.
