Project overview

Jitto needs professional bookkeeping services to get their company financials in order. We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper/accountant to organize our accounting records, reconcile accounts, and establish clear financial management systems for a 2-month engagement.

Scope of work

- Complete financial record organization and account setup - Reconcile bank accounts and prepare financial statements - Set up and organize bookkeeping systems (QuickBooks or similar) - Establish accounts payable/receivable processes - Budget and cash flow analysis - Prepare tax documentation support - Provide training to internal team on financial processes - Monthly financial reports and analysis

Preferred Skills or Experience

- Certified Bookkeeper or CPA/Accountant - Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience - Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Knowledge of GST/HST and Canadian tax requirements - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills - Experience with SaaS/tech companies is a plus
