ObserIQ Digital Headquarters & MVCP Conversion Hub: We are launching a B2G2C fraud prevention pilot ("Stop the Rush") for seniors and students. We need a professional, mobile-responsive landing page that serves as our "Digital Headquarters" to validate us to municipal partners. It must also function as a frictionless conversion hub where scam victims can scan a QR code from our physical materials, immediately download our "Victim Recovery Guide," and join our Digital Radar waitlist.

Scope of work

Public-Facing Landing Page: Design and build a clean, corporate-aligned webpage adapted from our current educational content. Asset Delivery: Create a frictionless button/flow for users to instantly download a "Victim Recovery PDF." Lead Capture: Integrate a waitlist capture form linked to a basic database (e.g., Google Sheets or Mailchimp). Mobile & Accessible Design: Layout must be entirely mobile-first and WCAG 2.1 compliant (high contrast, large touch targets for seniors 65+). Analytics: Basic implementation of Google Analytics (GA4) or equivalent to track page views and download conversions.

Preferred Skills or Experience

Accessibility (A11y): Proven experience designing interfaces for older adults (vision considerations, intuitive UX). Mobile-First Development: Ensuring perfect performance on older smartphones. CMS/Low-Code platforms: Experience using Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or Google Sites so our team can manage the content long-term without hardcoding.
