General Requirements
Interest in marketing, communications, or business development within social-impact or startup settings.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail (for crafting outreach messages).
Strong organization and tracking skills using tools like Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently, meet milestones, and collaborate with the Helprr team weekly.
Marketing & Lead Generation Skills
Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, B2B outreach, or CRM tools.
Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or manual Gmail outreach).
Comfortable conducting research to identify qualified leads (colleges, nonprofits, HR leaders).
Familiarity with growth marketing concepts — ICP definition, funnel tracking, cold outreach etiquette.
Basic understanding of analytics or performance metrics (open rates, responses, conversions).
Creative & Content Skills
Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for creating digital assets and one-pagers.
Strong sense of visual communication and brand tone.
Bonus: experience writing LinkedIn posts or social media copy for professional audiences.
Preferred Experience
1–2 prior projects in digital marketing, lead generation, or content creation.
Exposure to startups, nonprofits, or wellness sectors is an asset.
