We are launching AssistPro, an AI Assistant for Logistics Operations* built for Canadian logistics companies (3PLs*). We need to create a complete B2B brand identity from the ground up. Our platform is designed to be omnichannel* (works on WhatsApp, Web) and multimodal* (understands text, audio, documents). Our goal is to build a professional brand that communicates trust, efficiency, and our technical expertise to Operations Directors and Logistics Managers. We need this branding to help us acquire our first pilot project. It must position us as a specialized "Logistics Automation Solution"* and differentiate us from generic chatbots and older ERPs*. This project requires a mix of strategic branding, graphic design, and B2B copywriting.

Scope of work

This project covers the strategy, design, and content needed to build our core brand. The deliverables are: Brand Strategy & Identity (Branding) Deliverable: Brand Guideline Details: Define the core brand elements: Visuals: Logo, professional color palette (tech/B2B focused), and typography. Voice: Define the tone of voice (consultative, expert, focused on ROI* and KPIs*). Sales & Marketing Asset Design (Graphic Design) Deliverable 1: Pitch Deck Structure and Design Details: A professional visual design for our B2B sales deck, structured to emphasize ROI* and operational cost reduction. Deliverable 2: LinkedIn Content Template Details: Create reusable visual templates (e.g., carousels, data graphics) that match the new brand identity, designed to attract our target customer on LinkedIn. Core Messaging (Copywriting) Deliverable: "Headline" and CTA Development Details: Create powerful, clear headlines and calls-to-action (CTAs) for our primary landing page and ad campaigns, based on our core value promise ("eliminate >50% of post-sales rework").

Preferred Skills or Experience

- Primary Skill: Proven experience in B2B Branding, ideally for Software as a Service (SaaS)* or technology companies. - Secondary Skills: Strong graphic design and B2B copywriting skills are essential. - B2B Culture: Must understand consultative sales cycles, where purchase decisions are driven by ROI* and efficiency. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showing previous work in brand identity, sales decks, and marketing content.
