Creating a hardware-software pipeline for rapid cancer detection using electrical impedance signals on an assay. Consists of:
1) Core software for patient intake and data analysis (Python-based, front and backend are both essentially complete)
2) Assay instrument 1 (1-up) and its software (Python-based, operated through terminal commands on Raspberry Pi OS)
3) Assay instrument 1 (8-up) and its software (Python-based, operated through terminal commands on Raspberry Pi OS)
4) DNA quantification instruments and their software (3rd party instruments, not changeable)
5) Impedance spectroscope and its software used with cartridges to host the assay (3rd party instruments, not changeable)
