We’re a startup called Innovate-Ops, focused on developing an industrial monitoring device that helps factories track equipment health, energy use, and performance. As we prepare for our upcoming seed round, we want to improve our existing website to make it more attractive to both potential customers and investors. The structure is already in place, and we have product photos, but we’re looking for a designer to help elevate the overall visual appeal, polish the layout, and ensure the site reflects the professionalism and innovation behind our product.

Scope of work

Review our current website and suggest design improvements Enhance visual layout to make it clear, engaging, and appealing to industrial customers and investors Create or improve sections such as homepage, product description, and contact/inquiry forms Integrate existing product images and improve the overall look and consistency Optimize design for both desktop and mobile viewing Suggest and apply modern design elements (typography, icons, color schemes, etc.) Ensure the final version is easy for us to maintain or update later Work within a startup-friendly budget with potential for continued work as we grow

Preferred Skills or Experience

Experience designing websites for startups, especially in tech or industrial sectors, is preferred. Familiarity with creating investor-friendly and customer-focused web pages is a plus. Strong eye for clean, modern design and ability to work with existing content and images. Experience with tools like Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms is helpful. Ability to suggest layout and design improvements while working within a limited budget.
