We’re a startup called Innovate-Ops, focused on developing an industrial monitoring device that helps factories track equipment health, energy use, and performance. As we get ready for a seed round in the next few months, we’re looking to start a small-scale bookkeeping project to organize our financial records and build a foundation for future collaboration. We’ve begun capturing invoice images in Wave and use HubSpot as our CRM, and we’re open to recommendations on how to set things up more efficiently.
