Hi, I am Yessicka

I am a bookkeeper at Books by Yessicka, located in the beautiful town of Caledon, ON and I specialize in bookkeeping and income tax preparation for individuals and small businesses in the skilled trades.

My small business owner journey started in 2021 when I graduated from the bookkeeping program at Conestoga College, but my bookkeeping experience goes back a little further, to when my husband opened up his electrical contracting business. I wanted to support him but, since I didn’t know volts from amps, I became his office helper instead; and I learned to navigate the different government datelines, requirements, filings, remittances and submissions.

Because of my Latin American background, I also help international students and newcomers trying to learn the Canadian way to stay complaint with the law. I just love helping people organize their finances, and if you need any help or would like to learn more, I would love to hear from you too.
